Q: I didn’t get a chance to enter my customizations at PayPal check out. What do I do?

A: You can simply reply to the automated email purchase confirmation with your customizations or please click on the link below to enter your customizations.

Q: Do you ship internationally and how much would it be?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. The shipping cost is $ 38.50. Even though the shipping states $ 6.50 when you are checking out, please click the “Check Out by PayPal” logo.   Once you are redirected to the PayPal Check Out screen, you can select your country for shipping. PayPal will recalculate your total shipping cost to $ 38.50 automatically.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

A: No, you can use any major credit card. Once you checkout and directed to the PayPal site, click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account”.

Q: How fast will I get my products (downloadable PDF and/or shipping)?

A: Your poster will be wrapped with plastic and shipped with a 3” tube.  All orders are shipped via USPS 2-5 days after shipment.  All standard orders will be shipped 7 days after the order date. All rush orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

Q:  What is the quality of the poster print?

A:  We print on archival premium matte paper 10Mil thick with archival ink.

Q:  Do I need digital proofs?

A:  We offer a digital proof for an additional $ 5 and it is optional.  If you are not sure about your design, a digital proof is the best option. We will send you the digital proofs within 4-7 days of your purchase. Any corrections will be done within 4-7 days.

Digital proofs rush orders will be done within 48 hours. Any changes in design will be done within 48 hours.  After we received the approval, we will ship your poster either within 48 hours or within 7 days per your selection.

Q:  How to Order:

A:  You can customize any text, font type, and font color.

Please specify the following items:

  • Line 1: “your text”, font type, font color
  • Line 2: “your text”, font type, font color
  • Line 3: “your text”, font type, font color

Q:  What about returns & refunds?

A:  All custom made items including PDF versions are non-refundable. If you package was deliver damaged, please contact us and we will give you an RMA number and directions to send the package back to us. Once we received the package, we will send you another product.

Q:  What can I do if when I have made an error in my customizations and it was printed & shipped? (Misspelled names, dates, etc.)

A:  If the customizations error was made by us, we will replace the item for no additional cost. If the customizations error was made by the customer, we charge a correction fee to redo the order. On print orders, the fee is half the cost of the product + shipping. On PDF orders, the correction fee is $ 5.00.  Please email us and we will provide a PayPal invoice and reship the order for you.

Q:  Can I change the colors of the tree or birds?

A: Yes, we can change the color of the tree or the birds. Since this will be a custom order and requires additional time, the extra cost will be $ 5-10 depending on the complexity of the request. Please email us and we can provide a quote.
